Alicia’s approach to the therapeutic process is a collaborative one where she and the client work together to reach a person’s best version of themselves. She offers a supportive and relaxed environment that allows her clients to feel comfortable. Alicia also helps her clients feel empowered by working together to set goals and find concrete ways to move forward.
She works mainly with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trouble with relationships or just overall life satisfaction.
